What We Offer

Two things, done properly: consultations and second opinions. Both are delivered online, with your parent's local attendant or family member included so that advice actually gets carried out.

Online Consultation

A scheduled video consultation with Dr. Manuj Sondhi (physician and diabetologist) or Dr. Debolina Chowdhury (psychiatrist). Your parent and their attendant join from India; you join from wherever you are.

The Bridge: Patient, Attendant, Family

Elderly care fails when the doctor speaks to one person and someone else has to act. We put the patient, the person looking after them in India, and you on the same consultation.

  • Attendant briefed on medicines, doses and warning signs
  • Same written plan shared with the family and the attendant
  • Follow-up consultations at a frequency agreed with you
  • Direct clinic visits at Greater Noida if the family prefers

  • Home sample collection, physiotherapy, or equipment supply

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you visit my parents at home?
No. All consultations are online, or in person at Nirvana Clinic in Greater Noida if the family brings the patient. We do not provide home visits, home nursing, or caregivers.
What happens in an emergency?
We are not an emergency service and do not arrange ambulances or hospital admission. In an emergency, call 112 or take your parent to the nearest hospital. We can review the discharge summary and advise on follow-up afterwards.
Who should be on the call?
Your parent, and the person who manages their medicines day to day — a family member or the attendant. You join from abroad. Everyone hears the same advice, which is the point.
Can you prescribe medicines for my parent?
For patients in India, yes — after a consultation and where clinically appropriate. Second opinions on their own are advisory; the prescribing decision stays with the treating doctor unless your parent becomes our patient.
How often should we consult?
That depends on the condition. Stable chronic illness often needs a review every few months; a new memory or mood concern may need closer follow-up initially. We agree the schedule with you at the first consultation.
How much does it cost?
A per-consultation fee, confirmed on WhatsApp before you book. There are no plans, tiers or subscriptions. Payment is accepted in INR and major foreign currencies via a secure payment link.
