• Health information you provide for your consultation — symptoms, medical history, reports, investigations, and prescriptions.
• Payment information processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers.

• To provide medical consultations and issue prescriptions where clinically appropriate.
• To schedule, confirm, and follow up on your appointments.
• To process payments and issue receipts.
• To comply with applicable medical, tax, and legal obligations.

Confidentiality and security

Your medical records are kept confidential and are accessed only by the treating clinicians and authorised clinic staff. We follow reasonable security practices to protect your data, consistent with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and applicable medical confidentiality obligations.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor (Razorpay) and, for international payments, their partners (including PayPal where applicable). Your card or bank details are processed by them directly and are governed by their respective privacy policies.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your data. We share information only (a) with your treating clinicians, (b) as required to process your payment, or (c) where required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — subject to medical record-retention requirements — by contacting us at [email protected].

International patients

If you access our services from outside India, your data is processed in India under Indian law. By using our services, you consent to this.
