Transparent fees for online video consultations with our specialists, for patients in India and abroad. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
All consultations listed below are secure online video consultations.
Investigations and medicines: Laboratory tests, imaging, procedures and medicines are charged separately and are not included in consultation fees unless specifically mentioned.
🌍 International Patients
Online consultations for patients outside India start from ₹2,000 for a standard video consultation. Extended consultations, psychotherapy sessions, and follow-up plans may have different fees depending on duration and consultation type. The exact fee is confirmed in writing before booking. International patients are billed in INR; the local-currency equivalent is determined by the patient's card issuer, bank, PayPal, or payment provider at the time of payment. Payments & refunds
After your appointment is confirmed, you'll receive a secure Razorpay payment link. We accept UPI, Indian and international debit/credit cards, and PayPal. Payments are collected only after confirmation. Fees are final — no GST applies to medical consultations. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
