Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because medical consultations are a professional service delivered at a scheduled time, the following policy applies to all online and international consultations booked through Nirvana Clinic. Consultation fees are collected only after your appointment is confirmed.

Cancellation & rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you have already paid, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled slot.
• Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment, or a no-show, are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Clinic-side issues: If a consultation cannot be provided due to a fault on our side — for example, doctor unavailability or a technical failure on our end that prevents the consultation — you will receive a full refund, or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.
• Completed consultations: Once a consultation has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable, as the professional service has been rendered.
• Duplicate or accidental payments: Fully refunded.

How refunds are processed

• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (card, UPI, PayPal, or bank) within 5–7 business days of approval.
• For international payments, the refunded amount is the original INR amount. Any currency-conversion difference is determined by your card issuer, bank, or PayPal and is outside our control.
