By booking a consultation, making a payment, or using www.nirvanaclinics.com, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Nirvana Clinic provides in-person and online (telemedicine) medical consultations delivered by registered medical practitioners, in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 issued by the Government of India (Board of Governors, in supersession of the Medical Council of India).

3. Teleconsultation terms

• Teleconsultation is suitable for follow-ups, medication reviews, lab-report discussions, second opinions, and certain new consultations where a physical examination is not essential.
• The treating doctor may recommend an in-person visit if a physical examination is necessary for accurate diagnosis, and may decline or refer a case where telemedicine is not clinically appropriate.
• You must provide accurate and complete medical information. Withholding information may affect diagnosis and treatment.
• Digital prescriptions issued via teleconsultation are valid at any pharmacy in India, as per the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines.
• Consultations are not recorded by the clinic. Patients should not record consultations without the doctor's explicit consent.

4. Prescriptions

Prescriptions, where issued, follow the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. Certain categories of medicines cannot be prescribed online and may require an in-person visit.

5. Payments

• Consultation fees are payable in advance to confirm an online appointment, and are collected only after the appointment is confirmed.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (and, for international payments, partners including PayPal where enabled). International payments are accepted via international cards and PayPal, billed in INR.
• Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Consultations are based on the information you provide and, where applicable, a video assessment. Individual results vary, and no cure or specific outcome is guaranteed. The clinic is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
